Sonix Pro Audio, LLC equipment rentals and event services are subject to cancellation fees.
We try to keep these fees to a minimum amount.
Except for special equipment, services and advance procurement costs, customers may cancel a Rental or Event Services 7 days before the scheduled Load-in or delivery date at no cost . If special equipment or services are needed for the rental or event then Sonix Pro Audio reserves the right to bill the customer for expenses associated with said procurement.
Equipment Rentals –
Cancellation of a Rental less than 7 day before the scheduled pickup or delivery date is subject to a fee equal to 10% of the Equipment Rental sub-total or $50.00 whichever is greater.
Cancelation of a Rental less than 48 hours before the scheduled pickup or delivery date is subject to a fee equal to 25% of the Equipment Rental subtotal.
Event Services –
Cancellation of Event Services less than 7 day before the scheduled Load-In is subject to a fee equal to 10% of the entire event Estimate or $100.00 whichever is greater.
Cancellation of Event Services less than 48 hours before the scheduled Load-In is subject to a fee equal to 50% of the entire event Estimate.
