Absolutely! We’re Western Massachusetts’ trusted AV provider for municipal events.

Why municipalities choose us:

1. Hybrid Meeting Expertise – In-person + virtual attendance, interactive Q&A, voting capabilities

2. Clear Audio for Public Participation – Conference microphones for board/council, audience microphones for public comment, even audio levels

Technical Questions

A1 AUDIO ENGINEER (Lead Audio Engineer):
• Operates the main mixing console
• Makes all primary sound decisions (levels, EQ, effects)
• Mixes audio during the event
• Monitors overall sound quality
• Communicates with event organizers

Think of A1 as: The conductor of your event’s sound.

A2 AUDIO ENGINEER (Assistant Audio Engineer):
• Handles microphone placement (lavaliers, headsets, podium mics)
• Manages on-stage audio needs
• Troubleshoots technical issues
• Handles cable management
• Manages wireless microphone coordination
• Assists A1 with setup and teardown

Think of A2 as: The hands-on technician making sure everything works.

THE VALUE OF HAVING BOTH:
• If a microphone dies, A2 fixes it while A1 keeps mixing
• If a speaker needs mic adjustment, A2 handles it
• Setup and teardown is much faster
• Problems are solved instantly

As many as you need! We have extensive wireless and wired microphone inventory.

WIRELESS MICROPHONES:
• Standard: 12-16 channels (handles most events)
• Large events: 24-32 channels (theater productions, large conferences)
• Maximum capacity: 40+ channels (we can bring in additional systems if needed)

MICROPHONE TYPES:
• Wireless: Handheld, lavalier/lapel, headset, instrument
• Wired: Lectern/podium, conference, boundary, choir/ensemble

HOW WE HANDLE OUTDOOR EVENTS:
